Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work of this RFP includes professional technical services in the form of grant writing and grant application preparation with the intent to establish multiple Retainer Contracts. Lane County seeks applicants who possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities to meet criteria for responding to a diversity of forecasted federal and state grant opportunities. We seek subject matter experts with in-depth knowledge of content areas of any and all federal funding opportunities and requirements, including but not limited to behavioral health (H&HS, HUD, SAMHSA), emergency response and preparedness (FEMA), and infrastructure (EPA, DOT, DOE), among others. The County intends to award multiple retainer contracts for a period of up to 5 years, not to surpass December 2028. Utilization of retainer contracts is contingent on County’s needs, therefore award of a contract is not a guarantee of work.
