Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The Contractor shall provide test kits that meet or exceed the following specifications for each group. GROUP A: Equine Test Kits 1. Equine Infectious Anemia Virus Antibody cELISA a. Kits must have a shelf life at a minimum of six (6) months from time of production. b. Manufacturer must produce an EIA Elisa kit that has been on the market for a minimum of three (3) years. c. Kits must test at a minimum of ninety-two (92) samples per kit. d. Assay plates must come in strips. GROUP B: Poultry ELISA Test Kits 1. Chicken Anemia Virus (CAV) Antibody 2. Avian Encephalomyelitis(AE) Virus Antibody 3. Infectious Bursal Disease (IBD) Virus Antibody 4. Infectious BursalDisease-Extend Range (IBD-XR) Virus 5. Infectious Bronchitis Virus (IBV) Antibody 6. Newcastle Disease Virus (NDV) Antibody 7. Avian Reovirus (REO) Antibody 8. Avian Influenza (Al) Virus Antibody 9. Mycoplasma Gallisepticum-Synoviae (MG/MS) AntibodyELISA a. Kits must have a shelf life at a minimum of six (6) months from time of production. b. Company must produce a MG/MS combo kit. c. Kits must test at a minimum of four hundred sixty (460) samples per kit. GROUP C: Companion Animal Diagnostic Kits 1. Giardia Antigen 2. Dirofilaria Antigen, Borrelia Antibody, Anaplasma Antibody, and Ehrlichia Antibody Combo a. Kits must have a shelf life at a minimumof six (6) months from time of production. b. Kits must test at a minimum of fifteen (15) samples per kit. Bovine Virus Diarrhea (BVD) Kit 1. Flexible sample types can work with both ear notch and serum. 2. Kit components must be ready-to-use. 3. Kits must be individually wrapped for each test. 4. Kits must have a shelf life at a minimum of six (6) months from time of production.
