Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1. University intends to pay for a portion of students’ rides up to a certain number or amount. Proposer or its platform must have the ability to accommodate this need and provide University with access to on-demand, detailed ridership and spend data. 2.2. Ability for University to establish geofences for ride services and update geofences as needed. 2.3. Ability to change pick-up/drop-off locations as needed. 2.4. Mobile app available for requesting ride service. 2.5. Have policies in place to ensure drivers have a valid license, insurance, and any additional documents and policies required under this procurement or applicable law. 2.6. Conduct background checks on drivers.
