Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of work consists of full street improvements along Broadway Road from Lesueur to Spur replacing pavement, curb, gutter, sidewalk, street lights and adding bike lanes. New City utility lines will be constructed in Broadway Road for water transmission, water distribution, high-pressure gas, intermediate pressure gas, storm drain, street lights. In addition, a new storm drain pipeline will be constructed along Stapley Drive from the Broadway Road intersection to 8th Avenue. New traffic signal improvements are to be constructed at six (6) locations along Broadway Road. The City’s existing electric overhead distribution lines (three circuits) on Broadway Road (west of Horne) will be converted to underground. Existing private utility construction work will include relocation of irrigation and SRP facilities. Landscaping and other miscellaneous improvements will be constructed as required.
