Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Obligations. During the Term (as defined below), Contractor will: (a) Provide Preventative Maintenance (PM) Services and Repair Services on the Contractor equipment identified in this Agreement; (b) Designate a program manager to oversee the provision and scheduling of PM Services and Repair Services; (c) Electronically store Services history documentation on the Equipment and make available upon County’s request; and (d) Provide County with reasonable access to existing training/educational material available for the Equipment. 2. PM Services. During each twelve (12) month period of the Term, a qualified service technician will conduct two (2) preventative maintenance service visits at County facilities, where the following preventative maintenance services will be provided, as applicable: (a) Inspect and make ordinary adjustments to the Equipment; (b) Perform manufacturer-specified preventative maintenance on the Equipment; (c) Complete a safety checklist for each piece of Equipment and provide a copy of the checklist to County; (d) Visually inspect reusable slings on all patient lift and sit-to-stand patient lift Equipment; and (e) Place a “defect tag” on Equipment that needs repair and notify County of the needed repair. 3. Repair Services. If Equipment repair is needed, Contractor will provide repair services at County’s request and invoice County. Based on parts and County availability, Contractor will be on-site to perform Repair Services within five (5) business days of receipt of all required parts. 4. Response Time. Contractor shall respond to regular service calls within two (2) days, or at such an interval or schedule as mutually agreed upon by the Contractor and the County. 5. Parts. If parts are required for the Services, only OEM parts shall be used. The determination of when to replace parts is at Contractor’s discretion. 6. Additions/Deletions. Equipment may be added or deleted during the term of the contract. Prices bid shall be used for adding/deleting such equipment. (a) If new equipment is procured during the term of the contract, the County reserves the option to add the equipment at the vendor's current basic monthly charge less any applicable discounts.
