Below is a list of information and requirements that you will need to complete the proposal. The Fixed Limit of Construction Cost (FLCC) for the CM/GC is anticipated to be $15,000,000 - $16,700,000 for all construction costs. The CM/GC must be capable and willing to work closely with the Architect of Record, AJC Architects, and Sandy City through pre-construction services; including cost estimates, schedules, and constructability of the overall project.
