Specifications include, but are not limited to: Restoration of twenty (20) vacation cabins built by the Civilian Conservation Corps to a state that complies with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Rehabilitation, while improving the comfort of the cabins' amenities at Big Ridge State Park. Work shall include restoration of the exterior including, but not limited to, roof replacements, historically-correct door, window and hardware replacement, upgrading interiors including, but not limited to, full renovations of the bathrooms and kitchens, replacing plumbing systems, insulation, underpinning, installing heating and air conditioning systems, deck replacements and/or repairs, replacing lighting and appliances with energy-efficient products.
