Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project scope shall include provisions for a complete design to remove and replace the existing high voltage electrical Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition (SCADA) system at the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport. The SCADA system allows for remote monitoring and control of high and medium voltage electrical breakers. This project will replace the existing SCADA, which is over 10 years old and at "end of life", with a new SCADA system that will control and monitor all twenty-seven (27) vaults and Emergency Power Facility (EPF), thereby giving the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL) the ability to monitor and control operation remotely and efficiently. The new SCADA will allow the remote control of all high and medium voltage breakers within each electrical vault and allow HNL the ability to respond island wide power outages in a more expedient manner requiring less manpower. The estimated contract cost shall not exceed $1,500,000.00.
