Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Office of General Counsel (OGC) at Arizona State University (ASU) invites qualified software suppliers to submit proposals for the procurement of a software system to manage the receipt, review, approval, reporting, and preparation for payment of outside counsel invoices including all accompanying professional services required for installation, configuration, integration, customization (if necessary), conversion, training, and project management. Through this Request for Proposal (RFP), ASU is seeking to identify suppliers whose software system solutions, with minimal customization, can most fully meet the business requirements of ASU as specified in this document and any associated attachment(s)
