Specifications include, but are not limited to: Work of this project includes the following: Mitigation of any underground contamination or equipment, demolition of an existing fueling canopy, asphalt paving in the area where a new restroom will be constructed on the East side of the existing building and other locations indicated in the documents. Additionally, select exterior doors will be demolished where indicated. The new addition will include the following: new structural concrete slab, under slab plumbing, load bearing concrete masonry walls, plaster exterior finish over continuous insulation, new windows, new structural steel joists with steel decking, above deck roof insulation with a single-ply roofing system, new doors and frames, door hardware, interior finishes, water closets, urinal, lavatories and showers, new HVAC system, and electrical work. Lastly, the surrounding asphalt paving that was disturbed/removed, will be replaced with new asphalt paving.
