Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful Bidder (referred to in this Section as the “Provider”) shall recruit, select, train, hire and assign three (3) Provider Employees to report to the Campus to perform Landscaping Services (as described below). These three (3) employees shall each perform the Landscaping Services for a total of sixteen (16) hours each week on the Campus during the 2024-2025, 2025-2026, 2026- 2027, 2027-2028, 2028-2029 Seasons. The "Landscaping Services" shall be identified by the District each work day to the Provider Employees and shall be general and customary landscaping tasks such as weeding, pruning, line trimming, brush cutting and edging. The Provider shall also provide its Provider Employees with the use of a landscaping truck (the "Truck") equipped with all of the necessary hand and power tools (collectively, the "Tools") to perform the Landscaping Services. The Provider Employees shall only use the Provider's Tools and Truck and shall not use any of the Board's equipment, tools, or property to perform the Landscaping Services. At no time shall the Board be responsible for the repair, maintenance or replacement of the Truck or the Tools. The Board shall provide the Provider with a dumping location for debris that is removed from the Board's property
