Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Florida Department of Health, Division of Medical Quality Assurance has the need to purchase data warehousing and support services for the Licensing and Enforcement Information Database System (LEIDS) required for providing access to public records and to record copies of public records in electronic recordkeeping systems; per Florida Statutes, Chapter 119 and Rule1B-26.003, Florida Administrative Code. These services include but are not limited to, payment processing, formatting, and maintaining license, printing, indexing, and mailing licenses, receipts and letters. Axiom Pro is the proprietary application used as the custom workflow in conjunction with LEIDS to support processing, deposits and load of application, renewal, and miscellaneous documents.
