Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Minnesota Department of Administration, on behalf of Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), is seeking proposals for telecommunications services and solutions. MNIT Voice Services support critical government functions to all branches and many levels of government, on an around-the-clock basis. The State wishes to identify and consider all responders capable of providing all or some of the long-distance telephone service and SIP services requested within this RFP. Any resulting contracts will not be available for other State Agencies or members of the State’s Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV). Any resulting contract will be exclusively available for use by MNIT only. MNIT will purchase the services and solutions available under the contract to provide the service to its customer base. All pricing for long distance and voice solutions incorporated into any final contract will be provided to and available for MNIT only. MNIT will charge its customers cost recovery rates. Such rates will be established by MNIT in cooperation with the Commissioner of Management and Budget, according to Minn. Stat. § 16E.18.
