Specifications include, but are not limited to: Proposals are requested from qualified Real Estate Brokers to provide real estate services for the City’s Housing and Community Development Department on an “as needed” basis. The scope of services to be performed under the resulting contract includes, but is not limited to: 1. Represent the City’s Housing and Community Development Department in real estate transactions as assigned. 2. Educate potential buyers and other interested parties in the City’s purchasing incentives and other programs provided through the Housing and Community Development Department, as incidental to assignments. 3. Maintain professional courtesy in all contacts with the public. 4. Provide the City with the original and/or copy of all documents produced by the Brokerage as a result of the work assigned, if requested. The City of Dubuque, Iowa, reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received.
