Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Move furniture (if required). • Remove approximately 1,400 square feet of existing flooring including all carpet, cove base, and/or tile as required for new flooring. • Prepare floor for installation of new flooring. • Provide and Install new porcelain flooring per specifications below. • Remove and replace cove base (color to be determined). • Dispose of all removed flooring and debris per state and local requirements. • Repair any damage done to walls, doorframes, existing floor, etc. if damage is done by contractor during removal and installation of flooring. • Put all furniture back in original places. • Upon award, provide color samples of cove base for selection by Museum personnel.
