Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this proposal is to enter into contract with a local, qualified vendor who can provide 100%-hemp climbing ropes, provide repair services for climbing ropes and rope tracks, and installation of climbing ropes and PE equipment (ie. climbing walls, wall mats) within the required guidelines of this proposal. Mesa Unified School District #4 has climbing ropes located at 56 of our elementary schools. Our annual expenditure for climbing rope replacement/repairs is approximately $30,000. However, no amount is implied or guaranteed. This proposal is for a specific climbing rope project this school year, plus any unexpected climbing rope purchases, repairs, and installations throughout each school year, for the duration of this potential 5- year contract.
