Specifications include, but are not limited to: procure and install a new, pad mounted, 1500kVA, 4160v Delta/480Y UL listed transformer (or owner approved equivalent). It is not the intent of this overview to explicitly define every detail or task required to complete the installation. The Proposer shall: • Supply all materials, equipment, and labor required to complete the installation; • Supply all permits as required by the authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ), including, but not necessarily limited to, City of Manchester Electrical Permit; • Use their experience and specialized skills to perform a complete, safe, quality installation that complies with all current National Electrical Code, State of NH, and City of Manchester Code requirements; • Perform work in a manner that allows full operation of the water treatment facility at all times with no power interruptions except those that are scheduled and coordinated with Plant Electrical staff. Allowable shut down durations vary with seasonal demands; • Remove and dispose existing transformer equipment; • Install new Transformer on existing 90”x96’ transformer pad; • Terminate primary and secondary to new transformer in accordance with all NEC and local requirements; • Clean up work areas and secure day of installation; • Start-up system and test for proper operation.
