Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Snow shall be removed from driveways and parking areas at the location after an accumulation of 2 inches or as requested and shall be accomplished prior to 7:00 a.m. or per request by DFCM Coordinator. B. Contractor shall provide all equipment and supplies to perform work required in this specification. Manner and Time Conducting Work: A. All work shall be performed by individuals directly employed and supervised by the snow removal contractor hereinafter referred to as Contractor. (NO SUBCONTRACTORS ARE ALLOWED) B. Contractor shall be required to submit copies of all signed time tickets, indicating hours worked to the State. C. All work performed other than that specifically called for herein shall be done only after authorization by DFCM and shall be a rate quoted by Contractor. D. Contractor shall be required to carry adequate insurance coverage for his employees, equipment and liability coverage for any damages that may occur.
