Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) The contractor shall stabilize and repair the foundation damage on right rear of structure. 2) The contractor shall replace siding on right rear of structure with like materials. 3) The contractor shall remove soil in the bays on the right side of the barn to facilitate the addition of at least 3-inches of gravel, welded concrete mesh and 4-inches concrete in each bay. Park Staff shall remove contents of each bay before construction begins. 4) The contractor shall insulate the workroom with closed cell spray foam. The exposed insulation for the walls should be covered with boards to match the existing structure. 5) The contractor shall create a French drain system between the structure and the hillside on the left side. It should be covered with gravel to soil level, and empty into a catch basin behind the gravel lot.
