Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Monterey is requesting proposals from qualified professional firms with proven experience to conduct a needs assessment for an anticipated ERP replacement, draft a request for proposal for ERP replacement, and undertake certain client-side project management during implementation of the new ERP system. Through the four phases identified below, the Consultant will produce a total of seven deliverables: 1. Development of Project Plan and Timelines 2. Prepare Needs Assessment/Gap Analysis Report 3. Prepare Request for Proposal (RFP) 4. Prepare Plan to Implement ERP Solution 5. In Coordination with City Staff, Evaluation and Selection of Vendor 6. Assist Staff with Contract Negotiations with Selected Vendor 7. Development of Implementation Strategy and Long-Term Plan for the City’s Adoption of the Selected Vendor’s ERP Solution 8. Oversee Selected Vendor’s Implementation of ERP Solution (Optional/As Needed)
