Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Lake Oswego Parks & Recreation Department wishes to continue program offerings at Luscher Farm, of which the CSA program is one of the offerings, while still maintaining the historic designation of this farm site. It is our desire to continue the educational component of the farm through the continuation of an organic CSA which will promote greater understanding of the value of organic gardening, small community farming, and innovative use of public lands. The property has been actively worked through our existing CSA program since 2003, and the City seeks to contract with a farmer who has the expertise in all areas of organic farming to continue our offering.
