Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Minimum 8’ challenge climbing wall (similar to a “Ninja Warrior” warped wall) – can be attached to the central play unit or installed as a free standing separate play feature (detached preferred). 2. Minimum two slides descending from a 10’ height. 3. Universal carousal designed for use with multiple persons and persons in wheel chairs. 4. Inclusive rocker, glider or some type of feature allowing wheelchair access providing an element of motion play. 5. 4-Bay arch swing to include – 8’ height with 5” OD posts to include: (4) Standard flat molded seats (1) Inclusive (2) Friendship swings – type allowing face-to-face swing play Surfacing: 1. Owner shall prep sub-base, (compacted stone). Vendor shall install poured-in-place rubber play surfacing over entire play area as indicated on the Bryan Park Playground Site Plan (areas are designated on site plan) 2. Surfacing shall be a slip resistant poured-in-place rubberized safety surface meeting ASTM F1292, F1487, F2223 and ADA standards. 3. Owner prefers unitary, (poured-in-place), surfacing over interlocking rubber safety tiles. 4. Light color options are preferred or a 50/50 color mix, (black plus one standard color). Vendor should provide Owner with the available standard color choices.
