File, Format and Timeline: Each month, as described under “Layout” TDEM shall provide the awarded vendor Artwork provided in InDesign files in paginated format of the Journal to be printed. The budgeted timeline is as follows – TDEM has budgeted two (2) weeks from the time that we send the awarded vendor the digital version to the time the Journal is produced, mailed and in mailboxes. (5 days for printing and 5 days for mailing).
