Installation Requirements: Remove the current failing washer at TSD and prepare for shipment to TFC warehouse. TFC will handle transport from TSD to TFC warehouse. Unload, uncrate and assemble new washer-extractor. Move Into Laundry Area; set in place. Bolt to floor and level and grout as required. Make final utility connections within 3 feet of existing utilities. Utilities include water, gas, electric, drain, air, and steam. Reconnect sheet metal ductwork to existing connection. Start-up washer-extractor and train TFC/TSD staff on usage. All equipment must be new and include all product information. Used or refurbished equipment will not be accepted by TFC.
