Specifications include, but are not limited to: Clackamas County is seeking motels/hotels in Clackamas County, including but not limited to, Oregon City, Milwaukie, Gladstone, and unincorporated urban areas, to provide shelter rooms for people experiencing homelessness. Contracts resulting from this procurement will be for one year from the date of contract execution with renewal based on revenue availability, contractor performance, and/or need. The purpose of this RFQ is to expand our existing contract pool for hotels to meet additional programmatic needs. If your firm currently holds a Hotel contract with Clackamas County that was awarded through a prior RFQ, there is no need to submit on this RFQ. The County, through its Housing and Community Development Division and a designated Service Provider, will be the primary points of contact as households are placed in permanent housing options. The coordination is intended to minimize the administrative coordination of the motel/hotel staff. Wrap around services and supports will be provided to all guests by the Service Provider. Quoters/Respondents will need to provide the following minimum services and amenities: • Regular communications with selected Service Provider • Weekly cleaning, including fresh linens • Daily retrieval of garbage, sealed and left outside the unit’s door • Maintenance – regular and as needed • 24/7 phone number for emergencies • All commercially reasonable services related to the provision of hotel rooms
