Specifications include, but are not limited to: channel improvements for the Flamingo Wash and Tropicana Wash located between Maryland Parkway and Palos Verdes Street including, reinforced concrete channel and culvert extensions from the four 12-foot by 12-foot reinforced concrete box under Maryland Parkway to the three 12-foot by 10-foot under Cambridge Street, concrete channel and culvert extensions from the three 10-foot by 7-foot RCB under University Center Avenue to the five 12-foot by 8-foot RCB under Palos Verdes Street, construction of a concrete lid for the Tropicana Wash north of Flamingo Road, a paved trail along the north side of the Flamingo Wash, maintenance roads and access ramps. Improvements will generally consist of reinforced concrete channel, storm drain facilities, reinforced concrete box, reinforced concrete pipes, drop inlets, manholes, asphaltic concrete pavement, fencing, conduit, pull boxes, signage, striping and monitoring equipment, and other related items of work within the unincorporated area of Clark County, Nevada.
