Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Work. The Work shall include all labor, equipment, tools, and supplies necessary to replace City Hall roof top unit. The Work shall include, but not limited to, purchase and replacement of roof top unit, ductwork, piping, fittings, support bracing, electrical work, and disposal of existing roof top unit and materials. 2. Roof Top Unit. Existing Carrier R-22 roof top unit shall be replaced with Carrier 12.5-ton R-410a roof top unit, or comparable unit. 3. Crane and Rigging. Contractor shall provide all crane and rigging for removal and installation roof top units. 4. Ductwork. Contractor shall furnish and install curb adapter, low leak economizer, and insulated supply and return ductwork from new roof top unit to roof curb. Contractor shall furnish and install additional curb adapter and insulated supply and return ductwork from exiting roof top unit to roof curb. 5. Electrical. Contractor shall disconnect and reconnect all wiring including, but not limited to, main power wiring, circuit breaker, disconnect, GPS ionization unit, smoke detector, thermostat, and building automation system.
