Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Site of the Work will occur at the following two (2) District owned facilities within the vehicle wash bays and supporting mechanical rooms as depicted in the Contract Drawings. 1) Site 1: Montessouri Satellite Facility. Located at 7215 Montessouri Street, Las Vegas, Nevada 89113. 2) Site 2: Tropical Satellite Facility. Located at 8027 West Tropical Parkway, Las Vegas, Nevada 89149. At each site the Work shall consist of demolition, removal, and disposal of existing equipment and supporting appurtenances; installation of a new pressure washer, water reclaimer, reclaim water storage tank, pressure washer controllers, pressure washer hose reels and pressure washing wands, and all supporting piping, valves, and control equipment and all other work as described in the Contract Documents.
