Specifications include, but are not limited to: Consultant shall perform and provide program management and project oversight services to meet the program management and oversight needs and requirements of the City of Hartford (“City”) and the HSBC for the projects identified on attached Exhibits A and B, and any other school construction project for which Consultant is performing any such services at and pursuant to the express written direction and authorization of the City or HSBC (individually, Page 4 of 25 a “Construction Project” or “Project”, and collectively, the “Projects”), which services shall include, but not be limited to, the following: A. Basic Services Summary 1. Work with the City, HSBC and their respective architects, consultants, representatives and employees to provide project management oversight, consultation and advice in the development, planning, project management, design, construction and commissioning of the Projects. 2. Develop programs, policies and procedures, and implement the same in order to maximize Project reimbursement by the State of Connecticut (“State”) throughout the duration of the Project. 3. Prepare and submit a Program Management Plan for each Project to include organization structure (to include advisory committee set up), Project controls, schedule, and budget. Monitor and report to City and HSBC monthly on adherence to such plan.
