Specifications include, but are not limited to: The offeror shall furnish and install a Flame Ionization Detector-Gas Chromatograph (GC-FID) system at the Environmental Health Analytical Services Branch, State Laboratories Division (SLD), Hawaii State Department of Health (State), located at 2725 Waimano Home Road, Pearl City, Hawaii 96782. Price shall be f.o.b. destination and shall also consist of furnishing all labor, equipment and installation costs, transportation and delivery charges to f.o.b. destination, insurance premiums, warranty costs, administrative support cost, all applicable taxes, and tools and materials necessary to perform all services specified herein. The Offeror shall also: a. be responsible for provision of all equipment and installation work as specified herein. b. provide on-site training (Monday-Wednesday 7:45am-4:30pm HST) at a date and time chosen by the State. c. coordinate all deliveries, installation work, training service and invoicing with the Project Coordinator. d. provide ONE (1)-year of warranty coverage at no cost and to provide four separate offers for an additional 1, 2, 3 and 4 years of extended warranty coverage according to the Extended Warranty Bid specifications OF-4 and TS-6.
