Specifications include, but are not limited to: MNPS seeks as needed Architectural and Engineering (A/E) Services for various projects throughout Davidson County. Projects will range in size and complexity depending on the need. Example projects could include programming, code review, space planning, kiln room enclosures, classroom-dividing walls, exterior envelope investigation and weatherproofing design, accessible garden design, structural remediations, HVAC design, electrical design, plumbing design, and/or ADA accommodations. Funding for these projects will come from District-Wide funds. Separate solicitations will be pursued for named projects in future capital programs for new schools, total renovations, or additions.
