Additionally, equipment shall meet all State of Alaska, Division of Motor Vehicles requirements. At the discretion of the Administrator, 3/4-inch serrated cutting edges shall be used and shall be paid at an additional 7% of the bid rate. No additional charge may be included for mounting or dismounting any additional equipment whether or not prescribed. Year-Round Use.; Water/Flusher Truck, 3,000-gallon minimum capacity tank. Flushing capabilities shall include producing between 90-100 lbs of water pressure with minimum of two nozzles in the open position. One flusher and one watering nozzle front, one flusher nozzle side, two rear watering nozzles, and one top mounted adjustable water cannon with cab-mounted remote controls for directional and variable spray nozzle or rear hose reel with 50 feet minimum length of hose for manual watering. “Stay Back 50 Feet” sign, common standard. Additionally, equipment shall meet all State of Alaska, Division of Motor Vehicles requirements. Summer use only.; Chassis mounted, fully enclosed van mounted Steam Boiler with operator & laborer, (CleaverBrooks model PS100-50 or Tex Steam 4992-40 HP or equivalent). Boiler shall be capable of maintaining a minimum of 130 psi steam pressure while utilizing two (2) 3/4 inch discharge lines simultaneously. Boiler shall have a minimum capacity of 400 gallons of water and 100 gallons of fuel. Rate shall include boiler operator and one (1) laborer. See Section. 4. for additional equipment, accessories, and tool requirements. Beacons, related safety equipment, exterior flood lights, studded snow tires, tire chains, tow cable/strap standard.
