Specifications include, but are not limited to: approximately 15,000 gross square feet new building construction, site development, parking areas, drives and infrastructure improvements. The building will consist of educational spaces to accommodate technical college academic programs and required support spaces. Spaces will include, but not limited to, both high and standard ceiling height laboratories, classrooms, covered storage, faculty, staff, and student support spaces. Laboratories will be designed to simulate a work environment for the practical applications of instruction and skill. Project will include approximately 20,000 square feet of renovation and adaptive reuse of existing spaces and demolition of vacated buildings and portions of buildings.
