Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project scope includes approximately 30,000 gross SF of new building construction, site development, parking areas, drives and infrastructure improvements. The building will consist of educational spaces to accommodate technical college academic programs and required support spaces. Spaces will include both high and standard ceiling height laboratories, classrooms, covered storage, faculty, staff, and student support spaces. Laboratories will be designed to simulate a work environment for the practical applications of instruction and skill. Final phases will include demolitions of select vacated building and abandoned utilities and adaptations of vacated space for the completion of the site development portion of the work but not limited to parking, pedestrian walks, and green space. This project will include multiple phases and early release of contract doc's & equip pkgs.
