Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project scope includes approximately 15,000 gross SF new building construction, site development, parking areas, drives and infrastructure improvements. The building will consist of educational spaces to accommodate technical college academic programs and required support spaces. Spaces will include both high and standard ceiling height laboratories, classrooms, covered storage, faculty, staff, and student support spaces. Laboratories will be designed to simulate a work environment for the practical applications of instruction and skill. Project will include approx. 20,000 SF of renovation and adaptive reuse of existing spaces and demolition of vacated buildings and portions of buildings. Renovations may include mechanical, electrical & plumbing improvements. This project will include multiple phases, early release of contract documents and equipment packages.
