Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful proposal will include detailed information on operation, backup, data retention, disaster recovery and security. The proposal must include a plan detail how the city could access and use its data, and continue to fully function, in case of a local or widespread power outage, cyberattack of either the City or the vendor, interruption of internet or Wi-Fi service, an emergency impacting a City facility (fire, flooding, etc.). The successful proposal must include a plan for secure remote working both in cases of emergency and as a normal condition of operation. The City prefers a cloud-based application. The proposed system must allow approximately 20 employees to access the system at any one time including the Finance Department staff of seven. The City must be able to assign and reassign access levels to each employee at its discretion. The proposed system must be capable of uploading and downloading data from Microsoft excel.
