Dakota County will supply paper products. Great Room and Multi-Purpose room 1. Clean and sanitize tabletops. 2. Clean and sanitize chairs. 3. Vacuum carpeted areas. 4. Blot/clean spills from carpet. 5. Empty trash, recycling, and organics bins. Tie trash bags at the top. Use cart in kitchen to collect trash bags from the great room. Leave trash bags in the recycle/trash room in the kitchen. Replace with appropriate liners. 6. Straighten blinds. 7. Turn off fireplace at Dakota Lodge. Extinguish fire in wood stove at Gathering Center. 8. Wipe off white board. 9. Set up chairs and tables in standard setting in both Great Room and Multi-Purpose Room. 10. Close dividing wall in Multi-Purpose Room at Dakota Lodge. Atrium 1. Wipe up spills and clean tables. 2. Sweep and mop floor. Vacuum rug. Terrace 1. Pick up trash around the terrace and building. 2. Empty trash bins. Tie trash bags. Leave trash in recycle/trash room in the kitchen. Replace liners. Kitchen 1. Wipe down and sanitize countertops and other surfaces including stove top and oven. 2. Sweep and mop kitchen floor. 3. Empty Trash bins. Tie trash bags. Use cart in kitchen to collect trash bags from the great room. Leave trash bags in the recycle/trash room in the kitchen. Replace liners. Restrooms 1. Clean and refill lavatory dispensers. 2. Spot wash all lavatory walls and partitions. 3. Clean and disinfect all wash basins. 4. Clean all lavatory mirrors. 5. Clean and polish all door push plates and bright work 6. Sanitize and clean entire toilets including seats. 7. Sanitize and clean all urinals. 8. Empty and clean all sanitary napkin disposal units. 9. Empty all wastebaskets and replace can liners. 10. Sweep all lavatory floors. 11. Damp mop and disinfect all lavatory floors. Hallways 1. Vacuum carpeted areas. 2. Sweep and mop floors. Drinking Fountains 1. Clean and disinfect all drinking fountains. Departure Duties 1. Properly arrange furniture upon completion of work. 2. Leave only designated night-lights on. 3. Lock all doors that are responsibility of contracted cleaning service. 4. Maintain janitor's closet in a neat and orderly fashion.
