Caliche must be made available to Curry County as designated, within thirty (30) days of being requested by County. The amount of Caliche needed for each job site will vary and can be pre-determined, but only by estimated quantities. The Curry County Road Superintendent or his designee will make the final determination after inspecting the road. The Caliche will be ordered after the inspection is complete, and a purchase order given. Curry County Road Department must be given a minimum of one (1) year to pick up materials from bidder after made available. This bid is only required to give a price per one (1) ton per pit since it cannot be determined as to how many tons the County will need on any one project. The successful bidder shall produce and provide caliche to the County throughout the term of the agreement, provided such caliche is available. Such caliche shall be loaded and weighed by the County, unless otherwise agreed upon.
