Specifications include, but are not limited to: CRDA is requesting proposals from law firms with offices in the State of Connecticut forthe following categories of legal representation: General Counsel, Bond Counsel, LaborRelations, and General Litigation.CRDA is also requesting proposals from large and intermediate size law firms to representCRDA in connection with the financing of various housing projects located in the Hartfordarea. CRDA will consider the complexity of the respective transactions when assigning individual projects. It is CRDA’s intent to select firms from among those who submit proposals to serve as the outside counsel for a period of up to three years. CRDA will assign work to firms, based on its sole judgement, taking into account the capacity and performance of these firms.
