Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide (1) new propane fired radiant heater at ODOT Arlington Maintenance Shop, 1520 Hwy 19 Arlington OR 97812. Provide all work and components for a fully operational unit heater including but not limited to; 30’ of 1/2 inch black iron gas piping, connection to existing ¾ inch propane line, new exhaust ventilation utilizing existing vent penetration, flexible connection to heater with valve assembly, provide 120 volt outlet to heater location including surface mounted EMT conduit path and all circuitry, mechanical and electrical permits, demo and removal of existing oil heater. The work contemplated under an awarded contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all work in connection with the Project.
