Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Ontario’s Municipal Utilities Company (OMUC) is implementing sewer system capital improvements identified in the City’s Sewer Master Plan. The construction will be in Archibald Avenue (E Francis Street to E Cedar Street) and E Philadelphia Street (S Vineyard Avenue to S Hellman Avenue). The work under this contract consists of installation of approximately 2,900 linear feet of 18-inch and 8-inch diameter Extra Strength VCP and DIP sewer mains; installation of new sewer manholes; modifications of existing sewer manholes, laterals reconnections, connection to existing sewer systems at various street intersections; flow management to maintain existing sewer service; implementation of traffic control during construction, concrete and asphalt concrete pavement repair and street restoration as described in the Plans and Specifications for OMUC Project No. UT1016. Relocate approximately 250 linear feet of 12-in steel pipe cement mortar lined and wrapped to a depth of approximately 2-feet below existing alignment, including highline for water services, reconnect water services, valves, and appurtenances, pavement and concrete restoration as described in the Specifications for OMUC Project No. UT1016.
