Specifications include, but are not limited to: It has been determined that the demolition of eight (8) buildings and the removal of Reinforced Concrete Pipe (RCP) is necessary at the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport Authority (PMGAA). The eight (8) buildings range in size and materials and are located both within and outside the Airport Operational Area (AOA). Minimal to no loss of Airport operations is essential to this project.
