Specifications include, but are not limited to: Construction Engineering for project located in St. Joseph County at the intersection of Cleveland Road and Beech Road, 0.31 mile south of I-80/I-90. The existing Cleveland Road and Beech Road intersection is controlled via a four-way stop sign. The proposed project will involve the construction of a roundabout consisting of a 180-foot inscribed diameter roundabout with multiple lanes. The roundabout will consist of two lanes for eastbound and westbound traffic, while northbound and southbound traffic will consist of one lane. The roundabout will have a concrete truck apron with mountable concrete curb and gutter and a landscaped center island. The project includes lighting, signage, pavement markings, and storm sewer construction.
