Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Installation of new automatic irrigation system with all necessary zones for full coverage of turf area • System shall be controlled by a battery operated Hunter Controller (or equivalent) and Hunter wireless rain sensor (or equivalent). • Contractor shall install an RPZ backflow preventor of adequate size in relation to water supply. This shall be installed in watertight and lockable enclosure with a shutoff valve and blowout connection. • Irrigation sleeves shall be installed either through trenching or directional boring, depending on site conditions. Contractor shall provide with bid submittal which sleeve installation is required. • Contractor shall complete all post installation site grading. City will re-seed area once final grading is complete by Contractor. • System shall be installed by professional and licensed irrigation Contractor. • Contractor shall provide the City with as-built drawings of the completed system for this project withing one month of completion.
