Specifications include, but are not limited to: The awarded vendor shall manage the daily operations of the pet license program which will include, but is not limited to, the following scope of services: - Processing licensing mail - Depositing licensing revenue - Entering licensing and vaccination data - Mailing license tags - Collecting and processing tag sales reports from authorized registrars - Mailing of licensing notices and follow-up notices to citizens - Offering online licensing by credit card payment - Customizing a website with licensing information and customer service for the citizens of the County Note: website must also be accessible by New Castle County employees and its Dog Control Service's vendor. - Provide an 800# for Customer Service
