Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this RFQ is to hire a qualified contractor to supply and install an integrated self-service electronic visitor management system integrated with a smart locker system at the OMICR&D Site in Scappoose, Oregon. The system will consist of two (2) large format touch screen lobbykiosks and a scalable intelligent automated locker system. The system integration will provide onesource of truth database to send out staff notifications for guests, visitors, vendors, couriers andcontractors, while providing secure automated lockers to receive parcels and/or store visitors’personal belongings while on site. Staff notifications will be individually configurable to includeemail, text messaging, and Teams number phone calls.
