Specifications include, but are not limited to: - The prep courses will be online, comprehensive, and self-paced with optional office hours. - The courses will provide a recommended completion guide with recommended time to complete the courses as well as a course syllabus. - The courses will provide feedback to teachers and have help available to teachers when needed. - The courses will meet New Mexico specific standards and expectations for educators and have a proven success rate. - The courses will be available for up to 500 educators across the State of New Mexico. - The content providers will work with the Region 9 team to ensure successful implementation of the program. - The content provided through the courses will be made available to the Region 9 team for review 4 weeks in advance of course launch date, and recommendations of the Region 9 team will be utilized by the contractor to ensure the courses meet the needs of New Mexico educators.
