Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of the current contract is to provide plaques, frames, and branded promotional items ("service awards") in recognition of employee service milestones (years of service) for use in all State of Tennessee Agencies and local forms of government. In part, the promotional item an employee selects as their service award is intended to recognize their commitment and service to the State, promote pride in our brand on being a state employee and part of “TeamTN,” and celebrate their achievement of a career service milestone. Currently, State of Tennessee employees receive a service award after every five years of service they complete with the State. Under the current service awards program, the promotional item the employee selects rise in monetary value the longer the employee has been with the State.
