Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of the Request for Information (RFI) is for the Minnesota Department of Information Technology (MNIT) partnering with the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) to obtain information from vendors who might be interested in providing a Learning Management System (LMS) for an agency-wide MnDOT Training and Certification Management System that will additionally serve enterprise-wide state employees and external customers and partners. The State wants to engage with relevant vendors to determine best practices, organizational optimizations, and variables in the scope, nature, and design of future LMS applications procured or developed for use by the State.
