Specifications include, but are not limited to: Empty trash, Damp mop for hard surfaced vinyl covering tile, Vacuum all carpeted areas (after 4pm), Clean & Disinfect toilets, doors and mirrors, Sweep & Wet mop the floors, Dust towel dispensers, soap dispensers, Refill soap and replenish toilet paper and paper towel if necessary, Wipe & Sanitize the kitchen sink, counter and exterior of appliances, Wipe & Sanitize the Dining Table, Sweep & Mop the kitchen floor, Dust & Wipe Conference room includes tables and organize/ wipe down chairs, sweep and mop the floors. Wipe/ clean lobby waiting room walls as needed or by request. Wipe & sanitize high touch areas such as handles, door knobs, and tables and chairs in lobby area Vendor shall be responsible for all necessary cleaning labor, supplies and equipment. Facility will provide the consumable products such as trash can liners, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, vacuum cleaner, mop bucket & mop heads, etc. (varies per location at agency discretion).; Empty Trash, Mop hard surface floors, Vacuum all carpeted areas ( after 4pm), Wipe & Sanitize the entrance doors.
